How do I order?
All orders are done on a pre-order basis and you can find the links on the Available to Preorder page. If you want older boxes, individual books, or bookish gifts, you can find them on the PayHip website: payhip.com/romancereadersbookboxuk
When can I order?
Spring – 1st November to 31st December
Summer – 1st February to 31st March
Autumn – 1st May to 30th June
Winter – 1st August to 30th September
We also collate a number of additional boxes throughout the year, our anniversary box and Christmas boxes namely. Both box forms are open as early as possible to allow everyone as much opportunity as possible to order. In previous years Christmas has been open from July through to the end of October and the Anniversary from March through to July.
What can I order?
There are two main types of quarterly boxes; main theme and secondary themed. With the aim to offer something to everyone, there are three box sizes 6 books, 4 books, and 2 books and these can be purchased with, or without, reader gifts.
When will my order be shipped?
There are no definitive dates for shipping because that is completely dependent on when all the items arrive and how long it takes to compile the boxes. You can be sure that we are working to get these together as quickly as possible and the general guide is:
The Spring shipment goes out in March.
The Summer shipment goes out in June.
The Autumn shipment goes out in September.
The Winter shipment goes out towards the end of November.
Christmas boxes have historically gone out at the start of December.
All shipment updates are done in the Facebook Group, page and Instagram.
How do I cancel my order?
We are always willing to work with people who need a little more time to pay, but if it becomes clear you won’t be able to complete your order please give us as much notice as you can and email RomanceReadersBookBoxUK@hotmail.com.
How do I update my address details?
Simply pop an email through to RomanceReadersBookBoxUK@hotmail.com or send us a direct message on Instagram (@romancereadersbookboxuk) or our Facebook Page so that we can update the details. A message is always posted on all social media outlets ahead of the quarterly shipment asking for any updates so do keep an eye out for that too.
